Tullie is transforming. Do you have what it takes to help us create a dynamic cultural hub for 21st century audiences? Over the next five years we are looking to invest more than £10m to make Tullie the go to place for everyone in Cumbria.

We are looking for an extremely well organised, enthusiastic, coordinator with exceptional attention-to-detail skills to assist with our fundraising initiatives and provide high level administrative support.

You will need to be comfortable working with senior managers and trustees and operating at pace with a dynamic team, on multiple strands of activity at the same time. The role is varied and requires great accuracy and candidates with strong interpersonal skills.

We are a charity; in addition to supporting the fundraising, we are looking for someone who can help us develop strong and meaningful relationships with our Patrons, raising our income and delivering high quality unique fundraising events.

We are ambitious and progressive; we need an effective, hardworking coordinator who is digitally astute and can help us deliver our mission and attract more people to support this major transformative project.
