Total Adventure Bike Hire are currently recruiting for the positions of:
Cycle Hire Assistant & Cycle Technician/Hire Assistant

We are looking for energetic, focused and enthusiastic people to join our team and help provide great bike hire experiences to clients from our main base in Windermere, with a second venue in Bowness-on-Windermere.

You’ll be part of our small but hard-working team, working alongside friendly like minded people, in a predominantly fast paced working environment where there is always something to do.

So, whether you are a bike fanatic with great customer service skills, or simply love the idea of helping people get into outdoor activity and have the potential to develop your mechanical skills, there could well be a role for you.

The ideal applicant will already have experience of working in a busy environment where maintaining focus on positive customer service is key, experience of working with an activity provider would be beneficial too. You’ll need to be computer literate, possess proficient writing skills, be able to listen well and speak clearly and confidently. You’ll have the ability to work independently, as well as within the team, with good time keeping and organisational skills.

Start date – March/April
Hours – Flexible, focused on our busy weekends with additional weekday hours available
Rate of pay – National Living Wage. Potentially higher dependent on age and experience
