Reception Manager

Are you a dynamic, personable individual with exceptional organisational skills? We are seeking a Reception Manager to lead and inspire our team to deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in hotel reception, demonstrating adept problem-solving abilities. A warm and engaging personality is essential, with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations. Strong communication skills are paramount, as you will lead and collaborate within a bustling hotel environment, requiring adept time management and the ability to thrive under pressure. Familiarity with Rezlynx is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stay abreast of daily operations, including arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, devising effective solutions to challenges.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence in customer service through training and mentorship of the team.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to establish and achieve targets.
• Work alongside the General Manager to develop strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures and company policies.
