A day in the life of…

As HR Administrator, you will oversee all admin tasks and be the first line of contact for our colleagues, ensuring a robust recruitment and retention strategy is implemented within the business. You will oversee payrolls for all employees, ensuring renumeration is calculated correctly in line with legal requirements and work with HOD’s and management to ensure all colleagues are correctly onboarded and inducted into the business. Finally, you ensure all colleague training is up to date and a culture of team engagement is fostered throughout the business.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You will have strong administrative skills, and be able to engage in positive interactions with team members and other stakeholders.
