We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our food and beverage team. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes: a passion for the hospitality industry, be able to lead and motivate the restaurant brigade, 1-2 years’ experience of working in a similar environment, with experience of working with large numbers and attention to detail for standards of service and able to coach and manage younger members of the team.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality
– Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
– Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff
– Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
– Previous experience in team management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
– Strong knowledge of food production, hospitality, and culinary practices
– Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
– Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week.
